Will it come with a frame?
Yes, a simple hardwood tray frame. The painting will be ready to hang.
Will it have a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, a certificate of authenticity is a signed document from an authoritative source that verifies the authenticity of the work. COA's will include the name of the artist, the details of the work (title, date, medium, dimensions) and whenever possible an image of the work.
Are the paintings available as prints?
No, we only sell original works of art on canvas.
When will my ordered be delivered?
We take 2 weeks to process orders.
How will my order be packaged?
A solid packing case.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at the moment.
Can I cancel or make adjustments to my order?
All requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours after the order was placed.
What is the returns policy?
Our general policy is that we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All claims on damaged paintings must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing info@campiongray.co.uk with the issue and photographs.
